When it arrives

• Daily Card (48-Hour Pass, Week, Monthly, The Seat): by email, and on Telegram for plans that include it, when the day’s card is built. Buy any time of day and you get that day’s card.
• NFL Weekly (the NFL Season Pass, and The Seat): one card a week, pool sheet included, about 24 hours before the week’s first kickoff. A season pass covers every week whose card hasn’t gone out yet when you buy.
• The Single: by email within 15 minutes of purchase, always before its game. It’s only on sale while one is open, and each one is sold to at most three people. Seat holders get every Single automatically, outside those three.

Nothing arrived? Check spam or promotions first, then email us with the address you bought with.

The Single’s guarantee

• If it loses, your next Single is free. It arrives automatically when the next one qualifies.
• If its game is voided (cancelled or postponed, so it never settles), your next Single is free. Or, if you’d rather not wait, reply to your delivery email and we’ll refund you.
• A win or a push is a final sale.

Subscriptions & refunds

Monthly and The Seat renew automatically, as do Annual plans bought before October 2026. There are 25 Seats; a Seat that lapses goes back on sale. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Email us to cancel or change your plan.

Because what you buy is delivered right away, sales are final. The one exception is the voided Single above.
